PA RECRUITMENT AGENCIES: SUPPORTIVE WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS IN DEMAND

According to an article released by HR Grapevine, the top job searchers are more interested in the working environment rather than job perks and benefits. The study, participated in by students who have earned MBA degrees from the country’s premier business schools, revealed that 44% of the women and 46% of the men agreed that they were more likely to move to a different job if the culture and environment wasn’t according to their liking. According to them, they would very much prefer a job where the environment is supportive and constructive rather than aggressive and competitive. A company that puts emphasis on support and collaborative efforts is apparently what attracts the best hires in the country. This is contradictory to other’s belief that job perks and incentives are the best ways to attract high-performing staff.
